Precision is our middle name. With an average cup of Joe, what you see is what you get. With our cold brew coffee concentrates, you can easily make your coffee strong or weak, velvety or bright, or anything in-between. Our coffee is made under ideal temperature and water quality conditions and with only precisely roasted 100% Arabica beans.
And that’s not all—we add natural minerals to replace the minerals present in hot brewed coffee but aren’t typical in cold brew coffee. These minerals and nutrients include heavy hitters like potassium and calcium. The result is a rich flavor and aroma that doesn't fade away.

LITE
A perfect 100% Arabica blend. Available in our Small (13.5 oz) and our Large (27 oz) 10 to 1 concentrate.

MELLOW
This blend is roasted to medium with a hint of dark roast using 100% Arabica coffee. Available in our Small (13.5 oz) and our Large (27 oz) 10 to 1 concentrate.

RICH
Our RICH blend has less acidity and does great served black. Available in our Small (13.5 oz) and Large (27 oz) 10 to 1 concentrate.

BOLD
100% French roast coffee. Available in our Small (13.5 oz) and Large (27 oz) 10 to 1 concentrate.
We offer different concentrates—for both ice cream and beverages! Our concentrates can be combined with water, milk, or milk alternative.
Our coffee contains no preservatives, so we freeze all coffee concentrates to keep their rich taste. Once thawed under refrigerated conditions, the concentrate product has a 30-day shelf life. Our concentrates can remain frozen for nine months as well!
OUR YIPPI-KI-A ICE CREAM COFFEE CONCENTRATE MIX
Scoot over vanilla ice cream; a new kid is on the block! This concentrate product is used in commercial soft-serve and hard-pack ice cream applications. It can be used with frozen yogurt and even in baking.
We have developed several recipes for applications in commercial soft-serve machines. These include Cappuccino, Salted Caramel Cappuccino, Frappuccino, and many more.

LITE BLEND ICE CREAM MIX
LITE blend has a more subtle coffee flavor, mixes well, and doesn’t compete with other flavors. We recommend using this with vanilla ice cream flavors/varieties as it gives the ice cream a smooth texture and mild coffee flavor. Available in our Large (27 oz). This is a 12 to 1 concentrate.

RICH BLEND ICE CREAM MIX
RICH BLEND is a blend of light, medium and dark coffees that hits all of your favorite flavor notes. This is another great addition to vanilla ice cream or even used in mixed cocktail drinks. Available in our Large (27 oz). This is a 12 to 1 concentrate.

BOLD BLEND ICE CREAM MIX
BOLD blend has a more pronounced darker French Roast coffee taste that you know and love. This blend is a strong enough flavor for any ice cream for the coffee lover. Available in our Large (27 oz). This is a 12 to 1 concentrate.

MOCHA BLEND ICE CREAM MIX
Using our 100% Arabica French Roast coffee beans, that are cold brewed and gently concentrated to a level that removes the majority of water, we add chocolate syrup. This gives the ice cream a smooth texture and nice balance of bold coffee and sweet chocolate. Available in our Large (27 oz). This is a 8 to 1 concentrate.

POMEGRANATE BLEND ICE CREAM MIX
This is a true puree containing 100% pomegranate juice that is concentrated along with pieces of the arils which are the seeds. This adds flavor as well as a nice visual appearance. Thus the tart pomegranate combined with the sweet vanilla ice cream gives a wonderful flavor and very smooth taste. Available in our Large (27 oz). This is a 12 to 1 concentrate.
Green Coffee is extracted from unroasted coffee beans and added to Pomegranate to create an excellent flavor profile that delivers 120 mg of caffeine and many other healthy ingredients. You will get a nice, gentle energy boost with great flavor.
We offer a Small (13.5 oz) 5:1 concentrate. All products come frozen and are then thawed for refrigerated storage.

OUR YIPPI-KI-A COLD BREW BLACK TEA BLEND CONCENTRATE
Try our new BLACK TEA BLEND concentrate. We use the same great, innovative cold brew proprietary process as our other products to create the taste profile of your favorite sun tea. This is an 11:1 frozen concentrate, which means you can choose your strength of flavor.
This BLEND can be mixed with water, milk, or milk alternatives and would be perfect as Spring’s new, refreshing thirst quencher.

OUR YIPPI-KI-A SYRUP
Want extra coffee with your coffee ice cream? Want to add a taste of coffee to your Rocky Road or Pomegranate to your vanilla? We got you covered. We love this syrup as an ice cream topping, but it could easily be your new go-to topping for desserts, whipped cream, specialty drinks, or even as a sweetener to tea, in the case of our POMEGRANATE SYRUP.
It can be dispensed by pouring out the top of the bottle or by a pump (sold separately). This product can also be added to fudge, chocolate, or caramel.
OUR YIPPI-KI-A COFFEE POPCORN CONCENTRATE
Popcorn isn’t just for the movies anymore—now you have the perfect popcorn to snack on and your favorite cup of coffee. We use a mushroom popcorn kernel that pops inward to maximize the flavor profile. This creates an even distribution of taste compared to standard outward-popping microwave popcorn.
